Port 15 Utah, A Great Alternative to California
Servicing the largest markets in the west can be done without experiencing all of the red tape, reports and taxes that come with being located in those major markets. Port 15 Utah allows you to most of these markets in one day while giving you an affordable location with very little interference from extreme governmental regulation. I was just reading a wonderful opinion piece in the Orange County Register, dated March 13, 2015 and entitled, ?Survey: Don?t go West, small Business.? It opened by stating that Union Bank?s latest annual Small Business Economic Survey found that 20 percent of California?s small businesses are thinking of moving to another state. That information floored me.
When we visit local companies at Port 15 Utah, we rarely discuss any problems with business climate, taxation or other government regulation. We discuss growth issues, the quality of their workforce and what we can do together to continue building our business community.
In the time that I have been monitoring our business community and that has been a few years, we have never had a relocation because they didn?t like the area. Consolidation and general business attraction have really been the only reasons that we have seen a few businesses leave the area. The companies moving in have far out weighed any of the above mentioned events.
It is so amazing to be living in a community, where we worry more about expansion and do not have the added problems that interupt daily business in the California market.
So read more about this survey click here. And then give us at call at (435) 865-3870 and let us show you a great business location for your business. You won?t believe what we are offering.
